Job Description: Creative Strategy Executive Assistant

The Creative Strategy Executive Assistant will provide organizational and operational support to VP of TV and Creative Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

·      Executive Support:
Provide direct assistance to the VP of Television & Creative Strategy on scheduling, communication, and key projects.

  • Scheduling & Communication:
    Manage calendars, schedule meetings, track deliverables, and coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, and talent.
  • Project Tracking:
    Maintain trackers for platform priorities, deadlines, and content workflows. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables are on time.
  • Administrative Support:
    Prepare and organize documents, manage filing systems, support legal documentation processes, and handle day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Rights Management:
    Maintain and update the JFL+ rights management system. Track content rights, expirations, and license agreements to ensure compliance. Serve as the central point of reference for rights-related questions across the company.
  • Cross-Team Support:
    Collaborate with colleagues across the company. Provide flexible support across initiatives where administrative and organizational needs arise.

About You

Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles within media, entertainment, and/or digital platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with managing contracts, rights documentation, and legal processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaborative and proactive mindset; able to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly. Understanding of the entertainment industry, digital comedy industry, and excellent verbal and written skills. Passion for comedy.

This is a remote contract position operating on Pacific timezone hours.

Time: Full Time, Contract.

Weekly rate: Depending on experience.
