The Radiation Therapist will deliver daily radiation treatments using Varian equipment and ARIA software. Key Responsibilities
Deliver radiation therapy treatments throughout the full shift Operate Varialinear accelerators using ARIA software Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery Support and guide newer staff members as needed Maintain patient safety and follow radiation safety protocols Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality treatment outcomes Qualifications Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy Bachelor's Degree preferred Current ARRT (T) Certification Minimum 3 years of Radiation Therapist experience Ideal Candidate Experienced therapist comfortable acting as the senior therapist on shift Enjoys precepting and mentoring newer staff Self-directed dependable confident in clinical decision-making
