Job Description Job DescriptionDESCRIPTION:
Your focus is to create the guest experience, always conscious of your role in supporting the business. Be observant and anticipate the guests needs and communicate all to the next shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
A warm outgoing personality that is comfortable in social gatherings.
Organized, able to prioritize, and have strong time management skills.
Assertive while being flexible and a team player.
Positive and able to motivate all team members to offer hospitality service which exceeds guests expectations.
Must be available to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidaysMust be able to work overnight shifts (rotation)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create the guest experience and anticipate the guests needsCommunicate your shift activity to the next team shiftAlways maintain guest service standards at the Front Office.
Assisting guests with the self-service kiosks and troubleshooting common issuesHandle guest requests including luggage storage and delivery of itemsEDUCATION AND/
OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum formal education of high school diploma or GED with college degree.
A minimum of 1-year prior Industry experience in hospitality or client-centric professional services.
Excellent communications skill (oral & written)Computer literate. Prefer strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prefer experience with StayNTouch hotel automation systems.
Ability to prioritize, identify problems, and seek solutions and follow up and follow through with a variety of tasks.
Must have employment eligibility in the United States.
