- Degree in Technical Writing, English, or Communications.
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Fluency in technical software.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous leadership and Fleet experience.
- Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Confluence/JIRA.
