    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team.

    As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

    This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key role in promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.


    Responsibilities:


    • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits
    • Coordinate open enrollment processes and communicate benefit options to employees
    • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits
    • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
    • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefitrelated transactions
    • Maintain accurate employee records related to benefits administration
    • Assist with employee orientation sessions to educate new hires on available benefits
    • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding leave of absence policies, including FMLA and workers' compensation
    • Stay uptodate with employment labor laws and regulations related to benefits administration
    • Collaborate with HR team members on various employee relations initiatives

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
    • Proven experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role
    • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
    • Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations pertaining to benefits administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
