Job summary
The Computer Support Specialist provides Tier I and Tier II technical support to faculty staff and students. This position is responsible for responding to Help Desk requests and performing installation repair configuration maintenance and management of workstations portable computing devices audiovisual systems network connections and associated peripheral equipment.Scheduled as assigned.

Annually our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance.
