Job summary
The Case Aide is a member of the Unaccompanied Children Home Study and Post-release Service (HSPRS) team, designated to support the community-based home visitation and case management functions of the HSPRS program.Responsibilities
- Engage in direct contact with clients, communicating with them on an at least monthly basis to ensure their continued safety, stability and wellbeing.
- Delivers post-release follow up services through phone calls, in person and virtual contacts conducted with clients.
