The Role:
As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting.
You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion.

Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT) Requirements:
A high school diploma/GED
18 years of age or over
Active driver's license
Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
