    The Technical PreSales team at Ironclad collaborates closely with customers, prospective customers, and Ironclad's Sales, Implementation, and Product teams, forming a critical technical overlay to the solution evaluation process.

    You're excited to work on a team that operates at the intersection of human talent and software; You're a strong verbal communicator, able to capture an audience with clear and confident language.

    You have an understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management software, Customer Relationship Management software, Vendor Relationship Management software, Integration software and APIs.

    You can configure software to facilitate business processes. You can write JSON, XML and use public APIs to build connected demos or use middleware.

    Creative problem solver :
    Independent: You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. You are exceptionally good at making trade-offs based on incomplete data.
    Conduct workshops with existing customers, understand their needs and develop solutions on the Ironclad platform that deliver value.

    Advise customers on how to improve their existing Ironclad deployments to drive adoption in accordance with CLM best practices.

    Lead guided trials (pilots) to help different stakeholders understand the value of Ironclad before buying more licenses.
    Bring actionable insights back to Ironclad's Product Team to help us evolve our platform.
