Admissions and Disposition Clerk

The Admissions and Disposition Clerk serves as the first point of contact for patient admissions, discharges, and transfers within the hospital's Patient Administration Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, staff, and command personnel regarding patient status and hospital services.
• Maintain accurate records of patient movements using approved systems such as MHS GENESIS and DMHRSi.
• Process admission and disposition forms ensuring completeness accuracy compliance with government regulations.
