Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales environments, including outside sales, retail sales, and technology sales. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Manage existing client accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional networks.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on territory management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $30, $99,000.00 per year
