Job summary
The position is the iNovah Level 2 Technical Analyst position for the NC Department of Transportation's iNovah Payment Credit and Debit System (IPCS).- Provide application support for IPCS and ensure it is operational during business hours
- Monitor IPCS by regular review of system health indicators, reports from the mainframe interface system (STARS) and IPCS system dashboard and reports.
