Termite Annual Inspector - Los Angeles - Ecola Services, Inc.
Description
Step into a rewarding career with Ecola Services, Inc. as a full‐time Termite Annual Inspector serving the Mission Hills, CA area. This role offers a stable, full‐time opportunity for a professional who excels in customer service, inspections, and sales, while helping homeowners protect their investments from termite damage. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $25/hour PLUS commission
Benefits and Perks:
YOUR DAY
As a Termite Annual Inspector, you will start your day by preparing your company vehicle and ensuring your tools, equipment, and PPE are ready for service. You will travel to customer properties to perform annual termite inspections, identify termite activity, assess damage, and determine appropriate treatment or prevention solutions.
Throughout the day, you will educate customers on inspection findings, treatment options, extended warranty coverage, and preventive measures. You will actively look for opportunities to add value through additional services and add‐on sales, while maintaining a professional, consultative sales approach.
You will perform termite treatments when applicable using approved methods such as electro‐gun, chemical injections, microwave systems, and other manufacturer‐approved techniques, following all label instructions, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Re‐treatments for re‐infested areas will be handled using the best method for each situation.
Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate inspection and treatment reports in compliance with SPCB requirements and company policies, typing reports on a company‐issued tablet, taking photos when needed, and communicating findings to management or technical leadership. You will confirm appointments daily with the office team and customers, collect payments when required, and follow up with unpaid annual customers to obtain payment and schedule service.
Responding to existing customer concerns, participating in monthly training and safety programs, maintaining all licensing and certification requirements, and following company safety procedures will be part of your routine. At each stop, you will pass out flyers to nearby homes, ask for referrals, and request online reviews to help grow our customer base.
YOUR SCHEDULE
As a full‐time Termite Annual Inspector, you will work a consistent schedule serving customers throughout the Mission Hills, CA area. Routes and daily assignments may vary based on service needs, but this position offers stable, full‐time employment as part of our dependable field service and sales team.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A TERMITE ANNUAL INSPECTOR
