Governors Club, one of the top private clubs in the country, is currently seeking several highly skilled service professionals to join our elite Eventservice team .

As an Event bartender/server you enjoy the hustle and bustle that comes with working our Banquet events. Your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor creates memorable dining experiences for our members and guests. You anticipate their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that requests are taken care of expediently.

After serving our guests and members, you check back with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to providing great service, you keep our bars. tables and event rooms clean and organized. Your attention to detail and passion for customer service are essential to your success. You look forward to coming to work each day and enjoy working at a country club that delivers delicious food in a beautiful environment.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Take and serve bar beverages and food orders
• Enter guest orders into point-of-sale system
• Up-sell when appropriate
• Keep bar clean and tidy at all times
• Cooperate and communicate with all bar, service and kitchen staff

Qualifications:

• Experience as a server/bartender
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Full-Time: Regular employee averaging 32 or more hours per week after 90 days

Part-Time: Regular employee averaging 31 or fewer hours per week after 90 days

Rate of Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
