    Responsibilities

    As a Water Resources Senior Project Manager, you will provide programmatic and project support that includes all aspects of project delivery.

    Your team will address a broad range of projects from stormwater system design and BMP retrofits to watershed-wide flood management and water quality improvement master plans.

    We integrate a depth of knowledge in environmental planning, hydraulic system modeling, infrastructure design, and construction management to provide holistic water resources solutions to our clients.

    Senior Project Managers mentor and lead a team and strengthen existing client relationships and seek out new opportunities in the region and assist in proposal development to garner new work.

    Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling evaluations for various projects.
    Technical Writing (Engineering Reports, memorandum, etc.) to document objectives, methodologies, assumptions, and findings.
    Floodplain development permitting, including No-Rise certifications and CLOMR/LOMR applications.
    Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.

    Bidding and construction administration for projects within the Water Resources Team to provide clarification and responses to requests for information received by McGill's construction field representatives or administrators.

    Review floodplain and permit submittals on behalf of local municipalities.
    Interact with clients on assigned projects, including preparing presentations for public and/or board meetings.
    Prepare scopes, fees, and proposal in support of business development.
    Mentor & supervise Water Resources Team
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
    10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years of progressive management experience.
    NC PE license or the ability to obtain license with 6 months of hire.
    Valid driver's license.
