    Description
    We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proficient Project Manager with extensive experience in portfolio management. This position plays a key role in developing our portfolio management capabilities. While this is a remote opportunity, we are specifically seeking candidates located in Minnesota.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and budget.
    • Develop and enhance project portfolio capabilities, including creating templates, processes, and reports.
    • Collaboratively work with leadership to align the portfolio management vision and strategies.
    • Provide insights and lead improvements in portfolio management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven expertise in project management; PMP certification preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, with an emphasis on Scrum.
    • Experience in portfolio management and setting up new capabilities.
    • Familiarity with Planview or similar project management tools is a plus.
    • Knowledge of EHS/Cority is beneficial.
    • Strong experience in ERP systems; manufacturing industry experience highly advantageous.
    • Excellent time management, communication, budgeting, vendor management, and change management skills.

    Additional Details:

    • This is a contract role, initially for 6 months, with high chances of extension.
    • Candidates must be located in Minnesota.
    • This is a remote position.
