Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate I.T. Tech I who is eager to learn and grow with our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Information Technology in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Brave the wilderness of hardware and software issues, armed with nothing but your wits and a trusty , and Google
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users with the grace of someone who's never heard of a Monday morning
• Forge new trails in network management, from blazing new paths with routers to navigating the labyrinth of firewalls.
• Support the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
• Keep watch over our server systems like a vigilant guardian, ensuring they operate at peak performance
• Document and track issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Bring your A-game to team meetings, where we brainstorm, strategize, and geek out over the latest tech trends.

Qualifications:

• A solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Sharp problem-solving skills and an unwavering attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, because even tech wizards need to speak the language of mere mortals.
• A collaborative spirit and a knack for thriving in a team-oriented environment
• An insatiable hunger for knowledge and a willingness to adapt to the fast-paced world of I.T.
• A degree is great, but a compelling story, certification, or background? Even better.
• Some travel will be required.
