- Oversee commercial pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior superintendents, helping them develop their skills and understanding of high-level construction processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality of pool construction projects.
- Proven experience in commercial construction management, with specific expertise in commercial pool construction preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading commercial projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations relevant to commercial pool construction.
- Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, raising their level of expertise and performance.
- Proficiency in construction management software and technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications in construction management and safety (e.g., OSHA, CPR/First Aid) are advantageous.
