- Positions patients and adjusts equipment following established procedures
- Maintains accurate radiology records and logs all completed procedures
- Operates radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images of the body
- Follows safety standards and regulatory requirements for patient care and safety
- Stocks necessary medical and radiologic supplies
- Cleans and performs minor adjustments to equipment
- Develops and monitors Quality Improvement (QI) program
- Trains employees in equipment operation, patient movement, and quality assurance
- Adheres to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information
- Maintains CHRISTUS Physician Group policies and procedures
- Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiological Sciences or equivalent required
