LPN/LVN Responsibilities include:

• Directing the nursing assistants in daily functions
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Providing reports/recommendations for shift activities
• Ensuring adequate medication and supplies
• Ordering prescriptions from pharmacies
• Preparing patient charts and performing general office duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Licensed as an LPN/LVN
• Maintain current and unencumbered licensure
