    We are seeking an experienced residential Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Paradise Valley, AZ.

    Skills:

    • Make-Ready/Turns: Meticulously prepare each unit for new occupants.
    • Electrical: Proficient in addressing electrical maintenance and repairs.
    • Plumbing: Skilled in resolving issues with water heaters, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.
    • Appliance Repair: Experienced in repairing standard home appliances like refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers.
    • Drywall Repair: Capable of skillfully repairing drywall and minor structural elements.
    • Painting: Assist with painting tasks to uphold the visual appeal of our community.
    • HVAC Certification: Not mandatory, but a big plus

    Requirements:

    • A well-maintained set of personal hand tools, including a power drill.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Availability from Monday to Friday.
    • At least 6 months recent on-site work experience in residential or hotel maintenance.
    • HVAC certification a plus, but not required.
