    The Division of Hospital Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center seeks a BC/BE Hospitalist to join our thriving program. The Hospital Medicine Program at Montefiore is mature, having started in 2000, and boasts 109 full time faculty, an academic home in the Division of Hospital Medicine, with a philosophy of sustainable job descriptions that encourage and support academic growth. Our Hospitalist faculty serve in important roles throughout the institution. Hospitalists who have developed their careers with us have gone on to become Program Directors, Division Chiefs, Medical Directors, and Medical School Deans.

    The open position includes time on the Hospitalist Faculty Service as well as time on the Residency Training Program Teaching Service. Hospitalist faculty enjoy the full support of Physician Assistants while on the Hospitalist Faculty Service along with a staffing model that pairs each hospitalist with a PA each day with a fixed census located on a single inpatient floor.

    In addition to a competitive compensation of $250,000-$300,000, we offer the opportunity to make supplementary income with additional shifts. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, CME with stipend, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
