    Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Apple Valley Village Health Care Center. This is a full-time opportunity for the right individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents.

    As an On-Call RN or LPN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans for our residents. You will also be responsible for recognizing and managing common geriatric syndromes, administering medications, and documenting care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

    We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including earned sick and safe time, and a collaborative and inclusive work culture.

    To be successful in this role, you must have a current Minnesota RN or LPN license and be in good standing. You should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a desire to be part of a team that prioritizes resident-centered care.
