    We are currently looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses to become part of our team at Burlington Convalescent, a 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility situated near downtown Los Angeles. With a notable track record of delivering exceptional care and rehabilitation services to diverse communities, we are in search of dynamic individuals to join our clinical team and ensure our residents receive top-notch care. Whether you are just getting started in your career or have extensive experience, we are interested in meeting you. **Korean-speaking preferred**. **SCHEDULE:** - FULL-TIME 4/2 SCHEDULE - ONLY NOC SHIFT **Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Requirements:** - Active LVN license in California - Proficiency in addressing long-term care patient requirements - Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting **Primary Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Responsibilities:** - Supervise and guide certified nursing assistants - Monitor residents' care and welfare - Administer prescribed medications - Handle charting, treatment plans, physician orders, etc. - Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges - Accompany physicians on rounds as necessary - Welcome and orient new residents and families - Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) - Perform other assigned duties **PAY SCALE:** - **$35 - $37 / Hour** - Compensation depends on various factors such as location, work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise. **Benefits for Full-Time Positions:** - Generous Time off & Holiday Pay - Health, dental, vision insurance - 401K with employer match - Employer-paid & supplemental life insurance
