Talent One Recruitment & Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Rep for a Floral Supply Company in the city of Santa Ana.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Candidate will possess communication skills, problem-solving abilities and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Upsell additional products or services.
• Outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding matters.
• Data entry, updating customer records and maintain accurate information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements.
• Must be willing to join delivery team for assistance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Floral Design Knowledge and Experience preferred.
• Must possess a Driver's License and Clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information effectively.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish both written and verbal.
