    What you'll do:

    Evaluate Tooling Requirements:
    Conduct thorough assessments to identify the tooling needs for our Field Operations Team, ensuring they have the right tools for both existing and future projects

    Design and Develop Tools:
    Innovate and design new tools when existing options are inadequate, applying your engineering expertise to create efficient, effective, and user-friendly solutions

    Collaborate with Field Ops Team:
    Work closely with field personnel to understand their tooling challenges and needs, ensuring that the tools provided enhance their work efficiency and effectiveness

    Manage Tooling Inventory:
    Oversee the tool inventory, keeping track of existing tools and integrating new ones, while ensuring that all tooling assets are maintained and up-to-date

    Ensure Compliance and Safety:
    Verify that all tools meet the necessary industry standards and safety regulations, contributing to a safe and compliant work environment

    Skills to be successful:

    Technical Expertise in Tooling:
    Profound knowledge of tooling design and engineering, with the ability to create and evaluate tools specific to field operations requirements

    Innovative Problem-Solving:
    Strong ability to think creatively and innovatively to design new tools or improve existing ones, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and user-friendly

    Collaborative Skills:
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, necessary for working closely with the Field Ops Team to understand their needs and challenges
