    Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) page is loaded Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Apply locations Boston time type Full time posted on Posted 29 Days Ago job requisition id R1052 Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) As the Senior Director of FP&A, you will report into the CFO and support the development of financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Arrowstreet Capital.

    Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will drive informed business decisions and contribute to our overall success. You will have a strong financial acumen and the ability to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

    You will have the ability to build strong partnerships with leaders to influence both strategic decision making and tactical execution.


    Responsibilities:

    Drive forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes in a timely and accurate mannerAnalyze revenues, effective rates, customized performance-based fee scenarios, client account profitability and optimal allocation of investment capacityPerform cost benefit analysis to support strategic capital investment decision making processPerform deep dives and leverage financial analytics to deliver insights on businessReport and analyze key performance indicators benchmarking to industry and peer data and assess current and future business risksEvaluate and communicate key financial insights to facilitate effective company scalingServe as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to support their decision-making processesAssist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items and effectively frame decisions that need to be madeCreate financial models including what-if scenario analysesSupport ad-hoc analyses & projectsIdentify improvement and efficiency opportunitiesContribute to Finance team's automation initiatives and drive process improvements including identifying opportunities to adopt AI over timeQualificationsRelevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) or MBA (degree in Math/Statistics is a plus)Exceptional communication and presentation skills10+ years' FP&A and related work experience, preferably in Financial Services with strong analytic skills and a track record of growing and managing organizations in fast-paced, fluid environmentsStrong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExpertise in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software)Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop insights utilizing a data-driven approach and communicate succinctly to a range of different audiencesAdaptable to changing priorities while effectively managing multiple commitmentsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in cultivating cross-collaborative working relationships across an organization and ability to influence at all levelsStrategic mindset and a track record of driving financial performance We maintain a friendly, team-oriented environment and place a high value on professionalism, attitude and initiative.
