Two Screw Operator 2nd Shift

As a Two Screw Operator, you will work to support the plants day-to-day operations. Youll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products helping to improve real lives.

Your key responsibilities:

+ Flexibility needed for 8 hour shifts on compounding lines and mixing equipment.

+ Startup batches using Extrusion twin screw compounding process and Human Machine Interface (HMI) to produce in spec material

+ Work on packaging line- assemble and fill boxes; when necessary, add discrepancies to cycle count.

+ Operate load/unload feeders, blenders, and packaging line

+ Record data from lines and enter data onto batch sheets

+ Ensure we meet all HACCP requirements in extrusion

You bring:

+ Basic Math skills (required)

+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs to move material from sacks into equipment (required)

+ Manufacturing experience in extrusion (preferred)
