We are seeking an Associate Counsel with a background in construction or financing to support our expanding legal team.

About the Role:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts for EPCs, O&Ms, vendors, customers and NDAs etc.

• Support project financing transactions including due diligence and coordination with internal teams.


• Conduct legal research on renewable energy and commercial contracting laws.


• Maintain templates playbooks contract tracking processes.




person must have J.D. active bar membership U.S jurisdiction
