Job DescriptionPosition: RV Park Manager
Location: Hamilton, MT
Status: Full Time, Salaried (Overtime Exempt)
This position is responsible for the management and operations of Black Rabbit RV Park & Storage in Hamilton, MT.
Daily Duties
Clean office, restrooms, laundry room.
Check on grounds and coordinate with maintenance, as well as driving through the park to ensure everything is tidy and neat.
Mail collect / issue packages in office only
Collect money and watch over dump and water station.
Handle all resident issues, address problems for permanent and seasonal residents
Additional Job Duties
Collect and reconcile all collected money for each day.
Answer phones/ emails
Check-in and out prospective residents.
Watch over park to ensure all rules and regs are being followed.
Create reservations.
Read monthly electric meters.
Rent, collect, and return deposits for storage units and commercial businesses.
Order parts and help out with maintenance when needed.
Computer skills
Must be people friendly
Data entry.
Additional Information
Experience with Resnuxes software is a plus, but will train
Summer season will require 8-10 hour work days, winter season will be 5-6 hours per day. This is a salaried position in order to provide steady income regardless of the season.
Position includes an RV spot in the park, as a resident manager is highly preferable. Includes free rent, electric, and propane.
Required work behaviors:
Physical Characteristics: The position requires the following:
50% office work (phone, computer, etc.), 50% out on the park
Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable for company vehicles.
Standard vision, with or without corrective eyewear.
Standard hearing, with or without a hearing aid.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds, approximately 3 times per week.
