We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Field Service Technicians who want hands-on work today and a clear path to leadership, revenue share, and market ownership tomorrow.
What You'll Do
Complete 2–3 onsite work orders per day (2–3 hours each)
Work across structured cabling, low-voltage installs, networking, and PC repair
Follow clear instructions, document accurately, and communicate professionally
Work independently in the field with experienced tech leads backing you up
Earn 150% pay for after-hours calls
Your performance builds a visible reputation—clients see your ratings, and strong ratings accelerate growth.
What You'll Need
Reliable vehicle + smartphone (hotspot & camera)
Laptop with internet
Basic field toolkit (cabling, punch tools, tester, crimper, console cable, etc.)
Strong communication, time management, and follow-through
Contractor mindset (we reward ownership and accountability)
(Materials reimbursed at local rates; tool-sharing options available.)
Growth Path (This Matters)
Field Technician → weekly pay, steady work
Lead Technician → team leadership + higher earnings
Administrator (6+ months) → 20%+ revenue share
Market Owner (1+ year) → run your territory with company backing
