Monitor club lounge for seating availability service safety and wellbeing of guests maintain cleanliness and condition of bar bar unit tables and other tools prepare and serve hot cold and/or alcoholic beverages stock ice glassware supplies anticipate communicate replenishment needs promptly wash dishes serving utensils as needed complete opening closing duties requisition all necessary supplies transport supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required secure liquors beers wines coolers cabinets storage areas document pertinent information in department logbook forecast additional meal requirements communicate special requests to the kitchen report accidents injuries unsafe work conditions to manager follow company policies procedures ensure uniform personal appearance are clean professional maintain confidentiality proprietary information protect company assets welcome acknowledge guests according to company standards anticipate address guests service needs assist individuals with disabilities thank guests genuine appreciation speak others using clear professional language prepare review written documents accurately completely answer telephones using appropriate etiquette develop maintain positive working relationships others support team reach common goals comply quality assurance expectations standards move lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance stand sit walk extended period time entire work shift perform other reasonable job duties requested by Supervisors.
