    Summary:

    As a Global Account Director , the primary initiatives are to establish/maintain a relationship with the end customer, increase ziprecruiter's agency share of wallet for that customer (or take them direct), and ensure that the client sees value from their Ziprecruiter solution

    Key Focuses:

    • Deep Knowledge of the HR software space (LMS preferred) "? viewed as a subject matter expert
    • 15 + years of SaaS software sales experience and/or account management experience
    • Ability to demonstrate success as an experienced, quota-crushing, sales professional
    • Has a natural curiosity about learning and HR-tech trends and has the ability to articulate solutions designed to meet new challenges and industry evolutions.
    • Proficient in Salesforce (CRM), sales automation tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and web conferencing tools such as Zoom

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of true enterprise sales experience (calling fortune 1000s organizations)
    • managed 2M+ in existing business while also hitting new sales targets
    • Experience in selling environments where you have multiple internal stakeholders to navigate in deal alignment
    • Experience in selling environments through a channel or partnerships team is a bonus
    • Understanding of programmatic job advertising is a bonus
    • Experience in influencing increased revenue as well as owning the actual number

    The US base salary for this full-time position is $130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

    Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
