Job summary

The Monitoring and Laboratory Division (MLD) of the California Air Resources Board is seeking highly qualified applicants to work in the Inorganic Laboratory Section (ILS). The ILS is responsible for analyzing ambient air quality samples collected throughout California. The section utilizes various analytical instruments, including microbalances, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, ion chromatography, thermal/optical carbon analyzer, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

  • The position requires chemical analysis, data review and reporting.
