    Description
    As part of our innovative program, you'll engage in crafting and implementing cutting-edge strategies to elevate enterprise connectivity.

    The focus includes design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, and activities associated with LANs, WANs, and Unified Communication services.

    Here's a glimpse into what this exciting role entails:


    • Offering advanced customer support (Tier 2) with a focus on resolving complex incidents and providing desktop support for hardware-related issues, where needed.
    • Showcasing your creative engineering prowess to propose and implement improvements at site, location, or enterprise levels.
    • Formulating recommendations to streamline network monitoring, management processes, and overall operations.
    • Collaborating on engineering designs and decisions that directly impact the technical refresh of components crucial to mission success.
    • Overseeing the execution of implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects
    • Managing the logistics of unpacking and relocating network components as necessary

    Your Credentials:

    • High school/GED + 9 years experience, Associates + 7 years experience, Bachelors + 5 years experience, Masters + 3 years experience, PhD + 1 year experience.
    • Possession of IAT II certification and CCNA (or equivalent industry certification), demonstrating your proficiency in the field.
    • Maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, with the capacity to acquire a CI polygraph.
    • Comfortable working a Wednesday-Saturday shift
