- Drafting and reviewing all commercial contracts including vendor, SaaS and IT agreements, data privacy agreements, etc.
- Counseling on all employment law related matters
- Providing advice on all compliance and regulatory matters that may arise in a healthcare setting, such as CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC) requirements
- Assist with any other general corporate, legal, or transactional matters that may arise
- Work closely with the General Counsel and other Senior Leaders on any legal, compliance, or transactional matter that may arise
- JD from an accredited law school
- Michigan state bar in good standing, or ability to obtain in-house counsel license in MI
- 3-7 years of general corporate experience with a strong commercial contracting, employment law, and compliance focus
- Health Law experience
- Provider/physician contracting experience
- Previous in-house experience
