    Azure Microsoft Full Stack ManagerAzumo , a leading software development firm, is seeking a highly motivated Azure Microsoft Manager to join our technical leadership team.We specialize in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, helping organizations build resilient and modern infrastructures powered by the Microsoft ecosystem.As part of our team, you will collaborate with engineers, developers, and security experts acrossSaaS, cloud, and big dataenvironments.You will oversee the design and maintenance of solutions that ensure the availab i lity andscalabilityof our services, translating business requirements into a robust,production-ready infrastructure.At Azumo, you will thrive if you enjoy the full infrastructure lifecycle--from ideation and architectural design to deployment, security hardening, and the optimization of cloud-based solutions.Responsibilities in AI DevelopmentResearch, design, and build production-grade infrastructure solutions utilizingAzure, M365, Fabric, and Power Platform.Lead thefull project lifecycle :combining hands-on architectural guidance, planning, budgeting, implementation of best practices, containerization, and secure cloud deployment.ImplementAzure DevOpspipelines for automated testing, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment(CI/CD).Ensure security and regulatory compliance(GDPR, ISO ) by collaborating closely with the Head of Security.Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists, managing their professional growth and performance evaluations.Translate business requirements into technical designs; prototype and iterate rapidly with stakeholders to enhance our technological capabilities.Own and define platform governance, including standards, access models, naming conventions, and environment strategies across Microsoft platforms.Drive cost management and optimization initiatives across Azure, M365, and related Microsoft services.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5yearsof experience managing and administering Microsoft infrastructure solutions(M365, Azure, Power Platform).Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing technical professionals.Expert-level knowledge ofWindows Server, Azure AD, Networking, Cloud Security, and SQL Server.Hands-on experience with automation and deployment tools:Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Strong verbal and written English communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Preferred Qualifications:CurrentMicrosoft Certifications(MCSE, Azure Solutions Architect, Power Platform, or DevOps Engineer).Proven experience implementingMicrosoft Fabricin production environments.Deep understanding of governance frameworks and compliance standards(ITIL, ISO 27001).Paid time off (PTO)U.S.HolidaysTrainingUdemy free Premium accessMentored career developmentProfit Sharing$US RemunerationAt Azumo we strive for excellence and strongly believe in professional and personal growth.We want each individual to be successful and pledge to help you achieve your goals while at Azumo and beyond.Challenging ourselves and learning new technologies is at the core of what we do.Based in San Francisco, California, Azumo is an innovative software development firm helping organizations build intelligent apps using the latest technologies in AI, data#J-18808-Ljbffr.
