Job summary
The ERP Applications Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, configuration, optimization and ongoing support of the ERP systems (Workday, UKG, etc) across the organization.This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain business leaders to ensure Workday is stable, scalable, secure and aligned with critical objectives.
Key Responsibilities include owning the overall strategy roadmap governance for Workday ecosystem leading configuration testing deployment maintenance of Workday modules ensuring system scalability performance data integrity compliance with organizational policies serving as primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams translating business requirements into Workday solutions enhancements providing strategic guidance on Workday capabilities best practices future releases managing mentoring administrative staff overseeing relationships third-party vendors implementation partners setting priorities allocating resources managing workloads team leading releases updates regression testing cycles overseeing integrations between Wokrday third-party systems ensuring integrations are secure reliable well documented implementing maintaining TSG policies procedures goals meet Carilions needs ensures proper operation information systems plans necessary application life cycle upgrades manages Wrokdy security roles domains business process frameworks ensures compliance data privacy audit regulatory requirements supports advanced reporting dashboards analytics enable data-driven decisions identifies opportunities streamline processes improve user experience monitors system usage performance metrics drive optimization stays current Wrokdy product updates roadmap items industry trends preferred qualifications include Wrokdy Pro certifications experience complex highly regulated environments familiar Agile ITIL service management practices strong change management communication skills key competencies include strategic thinking systems leadership maintains quality service creating monitoring metrics establishing standards adjusting operations align with standards proactively identifies areas improvement develops plans implement those improvements analyzes reports IT performance metrics makes recommendations improvement people management team development strong analytical problem-solving skills excellent communication technical non-technical stakeholders customer-focused service-oriented mindset education Bachelor Degree Computer Science Information Technology Healthcare Business 4 years relevant experience may considered in lieu Bachelors Degree experience Minimum 5 years IT experience licensure certification registration required ITIL Foundation Certification minimum qualifications must analytical dependable detail oriented possess interpersonal communication skills demonstrate solid leadership presentation skills self-initiated excellent problem-solving skills customer service oriented recruiter MARK MISKOVIC recruiter email For more information contact HR Service Center at , 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.valid_job
