    We are looking for a perceptive and driven individual to join our Research Team as a Medical Research Associate. Reporting to the Medical Research Manager, you will collaborate with a group of Medical Research Associates. Your role will involve serving as a medical advisor to our attorney clients, examining medical records, simplifying complex medical terms, and assisting clients in assessing case alignment with the necessary standard of care. This presents a valuable opportunity to engage with top healthcare and legal professionals on a daily basis.


    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with attorney clients to comprehend their intricate medical cases
    • Conduct a detailed examination of medical records and documents, delivering findings through comprehensive phone calls to aid clients in understanding their legal case merits
    • Grasp all aspects of client research requirements, such as case theory, desired expert qualifications, and project deadlines
    • Participate in client meetings
    • Contribute as a team player, prioritizing your team, company, and clients' best interests
    • Critically evaluate enhanced methods for expert discovery and client service, with a focus on sharing best practices
    • Strive to meet team and company productivity targets, ensuring timely delivery of experts to clients within three days


    Qualifications:


    • Medical Degree mandatory
    • Background in residency programs; preference for Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    • 1-5 years of clinical experience preferred
    • Solid understanding of medicine necessary
    • Excellent listening and communication abilities; adept at building relationships with clients and subject matter experts
    • Continuous learner with a competitive spirit
    • Capable of working in a high-performing team and independently
    • Demonstrates a strong work ethic
    • Able to grasp complex information and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Positive attitude essential
    • Proficient in computer skills, MS Office, and cloud-based business management tools (e.g., Salesforce)



    IMPORTANT: This role is not open for part-time or freelance work. The position is Remote, Full Time, open for individuals in MST, CST, and EST time zones only.
