- Customer Service: Master knowledge of store products, services, loyalty programs, and Macy's sales systems to assist customers in finding what they need and suggesting additional items.
- Sales Support: Cultivate customer relationships to grow the business and expand the client base. Respond to customer requests for more products or assistance, including guiding them on using an electronic device for shopping and comparison. Aid in locating and retrieving products to fulfill digital customer orders.
- Merchandise Organization: uphold department recovery standards, including the selling floor and fitting rooms.
- Update Pricing and Signage: Ensure optimal merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, and timely processing of markdowns.
