    Integrity Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer here in Tulsa, OK who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator.

    In this role, you will support various HR functions and initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. A degree in Human Resources is required, and candidates with marketing experience will be given preference.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment Support:
    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


    Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
    Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.


    HR Administration:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits.


    Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
    Assist in resolving employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.


    HR Projects and Initiatives:
    Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall organizational effectiveness.
    Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures as needed.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
    Previous experience or coursework in HR preferred.
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software.
    Experience or interest in marketing is a plus.
