- Filter phone calls and forward to appropriate lead
- Take detailed notes during phone calls if needed
- Assist with walk-ins and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Report to the Accounting Manager on-site
- Upload certificates of insurance and attach documents into a system
- Support projects with data auditing and entry
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Fluent in Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
