    Location: Kensington, MD (5 days on-site)

    Job Type: Contract (2-3 months)

    Pay: $25-$30/hr.

    Requirement: Fluent in Spanish

    We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kensington, MD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for filtering phone calls, assisting with walk-ins, uploading certificates of insurance, attaching documents into a system, and supporting projects with data auditing and entry. You will report to the Accounting Manager on-site and work closely with other team members to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Filter phone calls and forward to appropriate lead
    • Take detailed notes during phone calls if needed
    • Assist with walk-ins and direct them to the appropriate team member
    • Report to the Accounting Manager on-site
    • Upload certificates of insurance and attach documents into a system
    • Support projects with data auditing and entry
    • Maintain accurate and organized records
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in Spanish
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
