Darigold is seeking a motivated Operator to be part of our team. The Production Worker must possess the desire and ability to contribute to the success of the Sunnyside Plant. As a member of the Operations team, the Tower Operator will work with others to achieve team goals. The Tower Operator's role is to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.


What you will do:

• Check bag for proper seals
• Perform cheese sampling
• Willingness to learn cheese operations

What you will need:

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail must be able to complete multiple and repetitive tasks, must be committed to accuracy and quality
• Work with others to achieve team goals
• Must be available for multiple shifts in a 24/7 environment
• Must maintain high attendance standards and be trusted with a high level of responsibility
• Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical skills desirable
• Able to work all shifts, weekends and holidays

• Compensation range: $18.92-$23.65 based on contract brackets
