Staff Accountant
Dayton, OH

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and production industry, is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate analytical tasks including data analysis and cost reviews.
Manage production orders and investigate discrepancies.
Conduct inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
Perform month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Provide support for financial planning and analysis.
Lead projects to enhance cost efficiency and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
