- Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects for client engagements with responsibilities to establish governance routines and lead the company and client teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Ensure the project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed, tracked and ensuring these items are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary
- Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
- Monitor industry statistics and follows trends in trade literature
- Participate in conducting internal and external interviews independently
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
- Manage up and communicate status with mid-level and senior-level managers
- Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
- Develop and communicate recommendations
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in management consulting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin
- Active listening and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and across cultures
