    Description
    Project Director for OHLA USA, Inc. to report to our Queens, NY HQ loc. but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA. Manage + direct pjct team, incl comm, coord + follow-up, to meet pjct goals + objectives. Train + mentor pjct team, + coord training + compliance measures. Direct report to sr mgmt. Provide ongoing pjct info + revs as reqd. Def SOW, sched, + bdgt for sr mgmt., pjct team, + client. Determine controls + maintain pjct sched + bdgt, + track milestones to keep pjct on track. Ident + secure approval for all changes in pjct scope, bdgt, or sched. Maintain reg comm w/ client, + adjust deliverables as reqd to meet client/stkhldr needs + contract obligations. Ensure compliance w/ company policies + procedures, incl safety. Resp for profit/loss to meet fin + operational expectations.

    Monitor + control all aspects of pjct, incl design, procurement, constr, E&M + commissioning, full sys integration, + indep safety cert.

    Manage status, issues + real/target outcomes to take proactive corrective action as reqd to keep pjct on track. Supervise selection of subcontractors + suppliers. Manage cash-flow + cost control to optimize bdgt, forecasts + profit. Little domestic travel may be involved. May undergo background checks. Salary range is $182,874 - $239,200 annually.

    Must have Masters in Civil Eng'ring, Industrial Engring, rel Engring or other rel field, 5 yrs rel exp working on large-scale infrastructure projects, and required skills (5 yrs exp).

    In the alternative, must have Bach in Civil Eng'ring, Industrial Engring, rel Engring or other rel field, 10 yrs rel exp working on large-scale infrastructure projects, and required skills (10 yrs exp).


    Required skills include:
    integrating complex railway systems; change management and dispute resolution within the construction industry; leading multi-disciplinary teams; and applying financial concepts to a construction environment
