Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at River City Produce.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
Collect and enter customer orders accurately using company software (Produce Pro).
Distribute customer price lists and other marketing materials as requested by management.
Assist the sales department with miscellaneous sales functions, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Maintain effective communication with customers through outbound sales calls to promote products and services.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
