As a Geek Squad Agent you'll provide positive timely service to customers during check-in and checkout process understand technology issues by asking questions listening asking follow-up questions taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps help customers set up new devices and provide advice on whether to repair or replace old devices monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
