- Responsible for saving all computer and PLC backups
- Manage spare parts for computer and PLC for all machines
- Responds as needed to waste treatment breakdown and repair calls.
- Responds as needed equipment breakdown and repair calls.
- Manage improvement projects as directed by Plant Engineer.
- Responsible for cleanliness and organization of work area
- Serves as 24 hour responder for after hour breakdowns (via cell phone).
- Provide positive guidance for lower level technicians.
- Works with Plant Engineer on disciplinary issues.
- Understands how to open and close plant
- Assists in housekeeping/5S activities plant wide as needed.
- Understands maintenances' importance in supporting WT and production activities.
- Understands RMF lock out/tag out system, confined space entry system and other safety related policies.
- Understands RMF Maintenance Escalation Plan.
- Maintains repair and replacement inventory list for computer and PLC.
- Informs Maintenance Team Leader on repair and replacement inventory needs.
- Awareness of the Management System Policy

- 3 Years minimum maintenance experience Knowledge and skills:
- Computer skills, conversion from US to metric
