    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    • Responsible for saving all computer and PLC backups
    • Manage spare parts for computer and PLC for all machines
    • Responds as needed to waste treatment breakdown and repair calls.
    • Responds as needed equipment breakdown and repair calls.
    • Manage improvement projects as directed by Plant Engineer.
    • Responsible for cleanliness and organization of work area
    • Serves as 24 hour responder for after hour breakdowns (via cell phone).
    • Provide positive guidance for lower level technicians.

    OTHER:
    (e.g.

    authorizations, authority to issue directives, information rights):

    • Works with Plant Engineer on disciplinary issues.
    • Understands how to open and close plant
    • Assists in housekeeping/5S activities plant wide as needed.
    • Understands maintenances' importance in supporting WT and production activities.
    • Understands RMF lock out/tag out system, confined space entry system and other safety related policies.
    • Understands RMF Maintenance Escalation Plan.
    • Maintains repair and replacement inventory list for computer and PLC.
    • Informs Maintenance Team Leader on repair and replacement inventory needs.

    Quality and Environmental System Responsibilities:

    • Awareness of the Management System Policy
    • Posted at production office.
    • Awareness of company Quality and Environmental Objectives
    • Posted at each plating line.
    • Awareness of the Significant Environmental Aspects related to your work area and activities

    DUTIES NOT TO BE CARRIED OUT:

    • Changing chemistry set points and /or chemistry type.
    • Adding new personnel or changing work schedule. E.

    WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS:

    KEY MEASURABLES:

    • Upkeep of scheduled preventative maintenance system.
    • Timely handling of maintenance requests.
    • Weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance KPI
    • Successful OSHA audits.

    Education:

    • High School 2.

    Experience:

    • 3 Years minimum maintenance experience Knowledge and skills:
    • Computer skills, conversion from US to metric
    • Maintenance Technician Level 2 skills and PLC, Project Management
