    • Pay Info: $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

    Job Summary


    As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing professional nursing care for residents of all ages in our long-term care facility. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will:

    • Demonstrate your nursing knowledge and skills in a clinical setting.
    • Assess residents' needs and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
    • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
    • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
    • Provide counseling to residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications


    To thrive in this role, you should have:

    • A graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree is preferred.
    • Experience with IV therapy/management skills if required, including completion of an approved course.
    • A minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility, or supervised clinical experience across the lifespan.
    • An unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
    • Commitment to ongoing education and competency training.
